How do I make a reservation?
In order to secure your reservation, a check or money order in the amount of 50% of your total stay is required. The remaining balance is due in our office one week before your scheduled check-in date.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes - VISA & Mastercard

What is the check-in procedure?
Please phone the office upon your arrival (247-6700) to let us know that you have arrived into the home.

What is the check-out procedure?
We ask that you at least load the dish washer, bag all trash, and return any displaced furniture to it's original location when you leave. Please call the office to let us know you're leaving and leave the keys on the kitchen counter. Just lock the door behind you. 

What is the cancellation policy?
Stays cancelled 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date are entitled to a 100% refund, less a $25.00 processing fees. If you find that you need to cancel your reservation within 30 days of your scheduled stay, please contact our office immediately.
